Condition Of Contract

In tendering the shipment described herein for carriage Shipper agrees to Conditions of Contract, which no agent or employee of the parties may alter, and that this Airbill is non-negotiable and has been prepared by him or on his behalf by the carrier.

It is mutually agreed that the shipment described herein is accepted on the date hereof in apparent good order (except as noted) for carriage as specified herein.

Liability Statement – Forwarder’s liability for any goods damaged, destroyed or lost shall not exceed U.S. $20.00 per kilogram (U.S. $9.07 per pound) in international air transportation, and $0.50 per pound or $50.00 (whichever is greater) in domestic, metropolitan or terminal carriage, unless a higher valuation is declared and charges paid thereon.

Carrier’s routing applies unless Shipper inserts specific routing.

Delivery will be made by the delivering carrier to the Consignee at a point where delivery services is available at applicable charges unless instructions to delivery at city terminal are specified by Shipper under Special Instructions.

If Dimensional Weight applies, total cubic inches will be shown on airbill, and is subject to charges for dimensional weight in accordance with applicable tariff rules.
8.
Shipment may be diverted to motor or other carrier unless Shipper gives other instructions hereon.
9.
All damage or loss discovered after a clear receipt has been given to the carrier must be reported by phone, 800-336-3678, within 24 hours after delivery to the consignee, and in writing within seven (7) days, with privilege to carrier to inspect the container(s) and contents within fifteen (15) days after receipt of such notice.
11.
Delivery drivers must not take operable photographic equipment into any pickup or delivery location. NO OPERABLE PHOTOGRAPHIC EQUIPMENT OR PHOTOGRAPHS TAKEN AT ANY PICKUP OR DELIVERY LOCATION.
